Meet the Team

John Yeung (Director)

Growing up in a multi-lingual family, John has an easy-going, friendly personality and enjoys

collaborating with people from different cultures. 


He showed his tenant on project marketing and collaborate a multi-cultural team to achieved

100+ sales per annul since 2007. He is actively involved in selling house and land projects such as Jordan Spring and The Pond since 2010. He collaborated with his team to achieved sales of $160M+ worth of properties for global developer Australia YMCI in 2021.


Due to his strategy to focus on very limited projects and commitment to developers, he achieved notable sold results on those projects which built up rapport relationship with some high-profile developers. His comprehensive knowledge in development and professional sales experience to support others make him one of the most well-known and reliable person in the industry.




Giulio Carrozzi (Land Center Manager)

 

Giulio brings many years experience in real estate, especially in house & land package. 


He worked for McGrath Land Sales & Estates for years and been managing the Marsden Park Home

world Centre and handling house & land sales enquiries/new builds. He also selling House &

Land Packages for Sekisui House. When he worked for Gregory Hills Display Homes Village, he

sold over 1100 lots with the team, and he also played a key role (besides meeting various Sales

KPIs ) to develop a Database and close relationship with over 40 Builders. 


So, it is fair to say, Giulio has disciplined business relationships and empowering communication skills.

Bonan Chen (Senior Sales Manager)

Bonan has built an outstanding knowledge of Sydney medium to high density projects property market during his 15-year sales career. Highly strategic and persistent, he started his sales career as a sales consultant from 2008 with Ralan Property Group and held sales director positions in a few private fund developers later on. 


Specialised in setting up sales target for whole projects and planning sophisticated sales strategy, he knows how to lead an internal sales team and coordinate with external channel agents to achieve best possible results for vendors. He has been always working in front line meeting various clients by himself and with sales agents from off-the-plan launching stage to completed stage. 


His understandings and judgements on projects, clients and the market is very accurate and implementation of strategies to increase sales is highly effective. Efficiently collaborating with marketing, design and development teams, he is definitely the right person to realise the potential of each unique project.

Anson Wang (Senior Sales Manager)

Enthusiastic, highly motivated and professional, Anson believes in a personalized approach to every sale. After 7 years study in Japan and work in Mitsubishi Estate, the second-largest real-estate developer in the fast-paced Japan, Anson returns to his beloved Sydney and enjoying continual success in the real-estate industry.

Eric Yan (Sales Manager)

A highly experienced property professional, Eric has worked for over a decade and achieved a remarkable record of success in the real estate industry.

Eric started his real estate career as a property manager, he managed more than 200 units with muti-duties including chasing arrear rents, preparing lease agreements, open inspections, tribunal case attendance (>90% winning rate) etc. 


Besides performing as a professional property manager, Eric got involved in commercial warehouse sales & leases in one of the biggest business park projects in Homebush West area in 2018, where he earned strong negotiation skills and professional knowledge in both residential and commercial areas.


Now Eric is a professional sales specializing in selling apartments, House & Land projects in Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide.

Kate Kim 김은비 (Senior Sales Manager)

Well-respected and confident, Kate heads up the Korean sales arm of Good Value Realty and is a dedicated, passionate and determined member of the team.
